mornings (when i wake up on time hah):

2 sets 20 pullups, 2 sets 30 pushups, 100 situps

gym every other day (my soccer season has kinda been screwing this up) switch between these sets when i go.

  • chest + tri’s + oblique/abs
  • bi’s + shoulders + oblique/abs
  • lats + traps + oblique/abs

im not sure if you want me to get in detail with each of the sets

but yeah dont know if this is what you wanted haha
