what workouts do you do for obliques/abs?

to be honest i dont know what you call a lot of it but ill try my best hah.

obliques

i use the ab machine, sit side ways and just use elbows not hands to keep myself in place.. do 30 each side and do 3 sets of them at 43 lbs

abs, 3 sets of the following, no break in between (again i dont know the names very well)

  • iso leg lifts, kinda like how it looks when your swimming - 30
  • vertical toe touches (make an L shape with your toes in the air n reach) - 30
  • bicycles - 50
  • jack hammer crunches - 35
  • leg lifts with 10lbs weight on my feet - 20
